B.      College Diploma (two or three year program) in any discipline, and a minimum of four years cumulative experience in the last eight years in conducting PIA activities.

C.      A minimum of five years cumulative experience in the last eight years in conducting PIA activities.

 

INTERMEDIATE

The resource must meet one of the following:

A.      University Degree in any discipline, and a minimum of two years cumulative experience in the last eight years in conducting PIA activities.

B.      College Diploma (two or three year program) in any discipline, and a minimum of three years cumulative experience in the last eight years in conducting PIA activities.
