The TeamAgenda Connector, with Time Zone support, for Outlook, Google Calendar, Windows Live and iCal (MAC OS X/iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad) is currently is beta.  You can use and evaluate it by using our Free WebAgenda service.  You will find here the instructions for using third party software with TeamAgenda.  This connector will give you a read only access to TeamAgenda Calendars from Outlook, Google Calendar, Windows Live and iCal (MAC OS X/iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad).

Do not forget to configure the right Time Zone on your TeamAgenda Server (see your operating system instruction for this) and also on your client computer (please refer to the instruction of your calendaring software).

You can get a Free WebAgenda account Here !  After your registration, you will receive an email with your username and password.

After you get you account, login to Free WebAgenda and validate your first name and last name.  Go to “Address Book” and select “Change my address book information” (the second icon at the right of the magnify glass).  Validate and update the information.

In order to use the TeamAgenda connector for third parties software, you need to build an URL.  The URL will be use by third parties software.  Here is the format of the URL:

http://free.wikiteamagenda.com/free/icsconnect.exe?username=YourUserName&password=YourPassword&calendar=theCalendarToSee

Replace YourUserName and YourPassword by your username and password.  This information is available in the email that you receive when you register with the Free WebAgenda service.

Replaced theCalandarToSee by the name of the calendar that you want to see. For a user, the name of the calendar is “Lastname Firstname”.  Replace Lastname and Firstname by the last name and first name of the calendar that you want to see.  For a resource/public calendar, use the name of the resource/public calendar.

Note: All space must be replace by %20.  The calendar “Lastname Firstname” become “Lastname%20Firstname”. For the resource name “QA Room”, the string become “QA%20Room”

Example: Paul Brown want to see his own calendar and he also want to see the calendar of the “Main Conference Room”.  His username is pbrown@test.com and his password is abcd1234.  The url for accessing his own calendar and the calendar of the conference room are:
